Be open minded and learn one step at a time

It’s good for Muslims to understand Christianity, Judaism and Sikhism other religions as well as Islam because the most important thing about studying a faith is to be minded and see things from different angles. Being one-sided and narrow minded is a path that leads to misinterpretations and extremism. My advice is to learn slowly but surely step by step; don’t overdose on your faith or try and jump ahead before you are ready.

Learning about Islam is a process – one that took me nine long years to understand and I’m still learning Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah).

So be patient and moderate in your learning; give priority to study the Qur’an and the Hadith. But also give time to learn about other religions so that you can have a better understanding of yourself and those around you.

At the time of the Prophet Muhammed, pagans, Muslims and Jews all lived in the same village harmoniously and we need to return to those times again.

We as Britons need to set a good example to the rest of the world.

I Pray to Allah Tala (God) that may this blog be means for people to benefit from and help them in their lives, not just for them but for all their loved once too.

Ameen.
